Sunday Soul featuring Zumba w/Tiah will make you move and shake to great music using easy-to-follow choreography that will get your heart pumping! Be prepared to "glisten" as you engage every muscle in your body!

Move with the best! Tiah has 15 years of experience as a licensed Zumba instructor along with various other fitness formats. That paired with her more than 20 years of experience as an educator (ages infant - adult) and natural leadership style creates a fitness experience like none other.
